Missed period.

I had a fairly normal period last month, bar it being two days late, which is nothing odd for me as it's usually either two days early or late. But this month I'm currently 5 days late as I write this. Yesterday I thought I was coming on but for a few hours I just had discharge with a slight pink/red tinge and now it's just normal clear discharge. I have all the symptoms for a period, sore boobs, cramps etc. I'm starting to think MAYBE it could've been implantation bleeding? I had an abortion in September last year(and I regret it everyday) and vowed that I wouldn't get pregnant until I was ready. My boyfriend definitely does NOT want children for a good 5-10 years yet and I'm absolutely crapping myself. I know many of the period symptoms can be the same as an early pregnancy symptom. Is it possible I'm pregnant? Should I take a test or wait it out?
