Advice?

So for about a week or so I've been feeling nauseous, tired and dizzy and I don't feel 'normal' I'm 3 days late on my period (not on any contraception). I did a test which came back negative. Could it be to early to test or am I just over thinking??

Probably too early to test. Usually best to test 5 days to a week after the missed period. Also make sure it's midstream i.e. wee a little and then use the stick. And best to use first urine of the day although it doesn't matter as much when after a missed period. In all honesty I've been pregnant twice and didn't get positive results at all. The only way it was confirmed for me was when I miscarried both times. But sometimes you don't need a pregnancy test to tell you that you're pregnant. If you're still getting a negative result then go to your doctor. Trust your body and listen to it. When I get pregnant my body doesn't feel like mine anymore, so that's how I know. Doctors can do more accurate tests if need be
