im 18wks 4days im gettin alot of pain down there and also when i wiped there was a tiny bit of blood and i dont look like ive grown please advise

You need to contact the labour ward at your hospital ASAP and explain what's happened and they should ask you to come in for a check.

phoned midwife and she said stop worrying its nothing

I'd still speak to the labour ward just to see what they say. If they say the same then fine but I'd definitely get another opinion
