Usually my periods last between 7-10 days and are very heavy and I get very painful cramps but my last period came late and only lasted 3 days and was very light and no cramp at all, for the past week or so I haven't been feeling myself my right breast is very sore on one side when I touch it and I have been getting a lot of headaches and feeling dizzy now and then, I done a pregnancy test a couple of days after the period and it came back negative, could I be pregnant?

Hi there

If your period is lighter than usual it is always good to take a pregnancy test. As your test has come back negative I would suggest waiting a few days and then retesting. If it is still negative, then it might be an idea to book an appointment with your GP so they can run some blood tests.

I hope this helps.

Best wishes

Katherine
