Vomiting whilst brushing my teeth

Hi,

A bit of a random question, but does anybody else throw up whilst brushing their teeth? I've only found this is happening to me over the past couple of weeks, but it's horrendous

I am. I have my first scan tomorrow morning and I'm nervous as hell.

The gagging and vomiting whilst brushing my teeth has only started happening over the past couple of weeks though. Is it normal?

Yeah I found this - my gagging reflex was more sensitive but it's back to normal now (25+4) so don't worry! Lol x

It's just awful isn't it. Last night was the first time I didn't do it, but it's got to the point of dreading brushing my teeth. I usually attack my tongue too, but unable to do this now lol.

Haha it is horrible isn't it! Brushing my teeth was the only reason I ever felt/ was sick in the first trimester!

My pregnancy has been great, no sickness, everything ok in the scans etc! So happy as it took a little help from the fertility clinic but we got here! Hope your doing well Hun!

The second trimester really flies by compared to your first lol xxx

That's fantastic. Really pleased for you. I'm with you on the brushing teeth is only cause of sickness. And then you have to brush again cuz of the sick lol. Vicious circle.

Me and my other half thought we would have to go down the IVF route as I have polycystic ovaries, but I had a change of lifestyle, exercising all the time and eating right. Must have done something right eh lol. Xx
