Me and my partner are wondering when he should take paternity leave as we don't know when the baby will be here and he only gets 2 weeks so we don't want to take it on my due date then my baby be a week late

Hi there

You should take paternity leave when the time is right for both of you. Most men tend to take leave when mum and baby come home from hospital to ensure time is used well, but everyone is different. This is a helpful link: which.co.uk/consumer-rights...
