Hi

I hope you are not too confused. If your March period was not normal and your April period is delayed or a lot lighter than usual I would recommend taking a pregnancy test . You can get tests for free from your GP or local contraceptive and sexual health clinic (you can find your nearest one here fpa.org.uk/find-a-clinic ). Although you can also buy them from pharmacies, supermarkets and even pound shops. If you are still worried it might be an idea to take the test with your GP so you can talk the results through with them.

I hope this helps

Best wishes

Katherine
