Could i be pregnant

On Tuesday the 10 this month my period app says i was ovulating. My husband and I had sex at midnight and he finished inside. What are the chances of be being pregnant. I know its way to early to feel anything or take a test. I just want to know what are our chances?

Hi there

You did the right thing having sex when the period app told you that you were ovulating. However, it would be too early to say so your best option would be to wait until 3 weeks after the unprotected sex and take a test then, or when you have missed a period. You can use some very sensitive pregnancy tests before your period is due such as ‘first response’ but unfortunately the results they would give wouldn’t be as accurate as if you waited until your period is due before testing – although I understand that you must be very anxious to test as soon as possible.

Thank you. I did wake up this morning my breast feel a little sore. Especially my right boob specifically on the side. How early can i start noticing symptoms

Hi

There is no straightforward answer as it is different for everyone. Usually after a couple of weeks some women may feel some symptoms as the pregnancy hormone HCG rises but then lots of women don't get symptoms until after they have missed a period.
