Hi Rachel,
Feeling sick after having sex might be down to an adrenaline rush or perhaps nerves, but it is worth popping down to your GP or nearest sexual health clinic to discuss your symptoms and to have them checked out.
I’m sorry I can’t offer more advice on this. I think having a face to face chat with a medical professional would be your best bet.
