Diverticulitis I’m really struggling.😢

I think it’s the first time I’ve posted on this site.

I was told I had this problem about a year ago,and since then had quite a few flare ups.

But right now this is the worse one,I’m really struggling to cope with it. I’m also worried about the amount of antibiotics I’ve had lately. I,know all about the pouches, and how they can turn into inflammatory, but I can’t understand why I keep having these flare ups,and this one is really bad.

Most the problem being in my case anyway seeing a doctor for antibiotics,it’s we’re fully booked, try ringing at 8-00am tomorrow. How the hell can you pick and choose when you’re ill. Or ring 111,or999. Oh I’m so sorry for the rant, but I feel no one understands.

I’ve tried to learn the diet,I’ve tried to learn as much as I can,but I still keep getting these flare ups.Can anyone give me any advice at all even if it’s only small. Is there a way without antibiotics?😢 I just can’t cope.
