I have had to pick it out of myself for the last 4/5 weeks ( thank goodness 4 latex gloves) sometimes I bleed as the stuff that comes out are just like stones/rocks yes I am constipated and have been like this for at least 5/6 months or so but I am very scared that when I do go it will "UNBLOCK" myself and will get the nasty stuff that I can't control as I have both IBS/Diverticular Disease and afterwards it feels like I've been cut with razors is there any tips to try and make it come out on it's own as I strain most of the time and that hurts things in my tummy ETC that I never knew I had!!! I am "SORRY" to be graphic about it so forgive me for being so!!!

Many thanks
