Hello to you all
Today I have been having really tight nasty farts and have 2 be near the toilet as I am afraid something else will come out of me all the time at this present time my poop is solid but I am straining most times when I go I just can't win as I think it is easier to be like this than have leakage coming out of me BLOODY IBS/Diverticular Disease thought I was getting on top of things but far from it!!! and again trying to stick 2 safe foods ETC any help PLEASE
