Bowel issues

Hi, I wanting to ask if anyone has these problems with Bowel.

For two weeks I has a little poison (pus)from my bowel which I thought was cause by piles.

Then this week I have had lots of mucus, bleeding and pus. My feel like my bowel is sore, but no pain or cramps. Could this be IBS or something else? Thank you.
