Hi! New here w/several major health conditions. After having a colonoscopy, was diagnosed w/ e. pylori and prescribed 3 different antibiotics for 14 days. They tasted so AWFUL it effected my being able to sleep & forget about food! Anyway, made it through even after calling Dr to please change the antibiotic, hee hee. The entire time on the medicine, felt awful aside from the 'taste', very sluggish, brain fog, etc. Been over 4 weeks now & feel worse. Don't want to go anywhere, can't think straight, just want to sleep, eating isn't great either. So bloated, can barely get biggest jeans on anymore. I alrleady had been diagnosed with IBS & uncontrolled Graves disease just for your information. This was to check on cancer. He found one hemorhoid with a growth? near the entrance but didn't remove it for fear of too much blood loss. I believe he said he would refer me to someone else? Great why did I go to him? At this point I'm just wondering if I'm going to feel better? If anyone else has had this type of effects after taking the meds for e. pylori? Thanks for any information that may be helpful.
