I'm Jim and I have Barrett's Oesophagus and Bile Acid Malabsorption, I have had been sick for 13 years now and want to know if anyone has the same condition as me? if yes, have you had your bowel removed? Thanks

I have both as well not to mention IBS, Gastritis, Gastroparesis, and Chronic Colitis. Just the two that you have can make you feel sick all the time. I wish I had a good answer for you! I've tried every diet to no avail. I'm at a lost right now for how to control it all. I wish I could help!!!

Thanks for your reply Ladybug9, I have been unwell for too long and the hospital is telling me the only option I have now is for a full bowel removal, I was hoping for something different.

I am beyond sorry to hear that. Have you gotten more than one opinion??? That is just scary. My symptoms are getting worse and worse but I'm finding out I'm sensitve to both sugar and dairy. I can't handle a 4th Colonoscopy! If I can finding ANYTHING that would help us both, I will let you know ASAP!
