Horrible Bitter taste in mouth

Upper middle stomach paining

Gas problem

Nauseous

Anxiety

ALL these started after I had throat pain for 20 days but throat pain got cured 21st day but these above stomach symptoms started.. Please help

Note: am hypothyroid

Could be GERD. Pantropazole trial with Gastro consult might help. UGI endoscopy might be necessary. Symptom diary and dietary changes might help. If antacids help even temporarily this might reinforce this path. Feel better!
