Overactive bowel

I came on here because of the Wife's illness but have issues of my own .

Every time I eat not long after I have a bowel movement, it's a nuisance to me , and it feels like I'm spending half my day in the toilet .

Also, there is a small damp patch on inside of my underpants that is an anal discharge . It is clear and does not smell and is not excessive but I wonder what's going on ?
