Hi everyone, in june 2015 i had constipation which cause blood in my stools then i was given senna in dec 2015 which made it better but now it has came back i do not have constipation only blood in my stools, a very bad wind problem if i dont pass wind i have stomach pain and my stomach look bigger for some reason, do you think i should go to my gp because i have a feeling it may be something serious

Go to your GP. He will suggest a  sigmoidoscopy . That's the first step in illuminating anything nasty as you say . You may just have a bleeding pile but that's the best way of looking into blood in your stools . Don't be afraid it's a really painless procedure . If they need to look further you will be offered sedation . Take whatever's on offer . Best of luck . But do get it treated NOW .
