Lower back pain

Hi all, I was meant to start teriparatide middle of January but was put on hold I had a high protein reading in my blood, but am now having a severe flare up in my lower back,the pain is unbearable especially first thing in the morning, I did an online consult on Tues.....still waiting for a reply 🙄 feeling pretty sorry for myself at moment, not sure what meds I might be offered? Co codemol make me dozy and constipated 🫣 napproxin gave me stomach cramps ,I've always managed with alternate paracetamol and ibrufen,....feel better after that rant x
