Hi! I'm so pleased that it has been found out now. As a recovered anorexic & I'm now 60 years old, I found out a couple of years ago, after suffering back ache, that I had a T score of -4.3 in my spine with 4 compresssion fractures & 2 collapsed vertabrae. I have just finished a 12 month course of Romosozumab which left me with a slight improvement and now my T score is -3.4. I was constantly told through my recovery I needed to feed my bones and eat, otherwise my bones would suffer As I felt fine I ignored them.
Well done you to doing your homework and take on board any help going. I'm quite happy to help on a more personal basis as I've been there and survived lol

I started taking Romo November 2023-October 2024 + I took a vitamin D tablet each day Fultium/800. I was advised to increase my weight as I'm underweight for my height. In 12 months it improved my bone density from -4.3 to -3.4. I walk & still trying to increase my weight + Iv'e taken it upon myself to have a tumeric, cod liver oil & a multi vitamin & mineral supplement. I also do back strengthening exercises. I now been prescribed one zoledronic infusion every 12 months for the next 6 years.
