Hi everyone,

Did you know that 1 in 2 women and 1 in 5 men over 50 will break a bone due to poor bone health?

This World Osteoporosis Day (20 October) we need your help to spread the word and encourage others to check their risk – friends, family, colleagues and neighbours! 🫂

It’s as simple as sharing this link theros.org.uk/risk-checker-... or following us on social media (@RoyalOsteoSoc) and sharing our posts about the osteoporosis risk checker.

Anyone can use the osteoporosis risk checker however it is not designed for people who have already been diagnosed with osteoporosis or have had their bone health assessed by a healthcare professional. :)

Thank you for your support! 🤝
