zolendronic acid infusion

Hi, I’ve had 2 infusions now. My first in Nov 2022 and then one in May 2023.

The first infusion no side effects but the second I started 3 days after with pulsing in my right ear. Found out it is Pustile Tinnitus which is awful has anybody else had this?
