Hello,I had a hemiarthroplasty in July this year and now have had groin pain for 3weeks. Does anyone have any advice/solutions on how to deal with this? Xray came back clear - no problems flagged.

Thank you for reading this.

Even though they have said everything is ok I wouldn’t let it go at that. If it doesn’t improve very soon keep on at your surgeon. Something must be caus8ng the pain. Have you had any physiotherapy since your op? Perhaps the physio could help you?

Hello, Sorry for the late reply. I went to a 6 week lower limb group but the physio there just gave me the exercises l already do. Did ask if there was anything else l could do but they were very vague.

Felt obliged to finish the course as l didn't want to bo told at a later date it was down to me for not completing the course.

Have a telephone app. on Tuesday with dr/physio will see what he comes up with.

Many thanks for getting back to me.
