If you mean a Margaret Martin’s book I’d say yes it is good. melioguide.com

I think you need to be very careful with what you do if you are not in the habit of exercising and you are unsupervised.

I like Margaret Martin as she always seems to be very sensible and careful - she has a YouTube channel that shows you some of her exercises and she talks about a lot of things connected with osteoporosis

youtube.com/channel/UCXclfH...

I exercise a lot and do Pilates with a teacher who is also a physiotherapist and is really careful with us and we work hard but when I’ve looked at some of the exercises you see online that are supposed to be good for people with osteoporosis I wouldn’t do them. Like I say you have to be very careful with what exercises you do and how you do them.
