been looking around to see the best bread for osteoporosis because of salt, I came across Ezekiel bread which seems the best for severe osteoporosis, anyone tried it.

Are people with osteoporosis not meant to have salt? I've not heard of this. I actually make my own bread but I do add a little salt.

I have also read excess salt may reduce bone but so not know if it proven. Having high blood pressure, I minimize salt anyway. For bread, the least detrimental is said to be sourdough.

I think perspective is important because spinach and other foods can bind to make calcium unavailable and we consume greater quantities there.

yeah, there is other foods that block calcium absorption.

yeah, you don't know wether you're coming or going with these Dr's,I don't see the same dr nowadays and they all say different things.

I try to see the same one every time. He’s really lovely. They’ve all got different ideas though as you say. That’s why it’s best to stick to one.

you can't always see the same 1you are lucky. I was supposed to see the endocrinologist ,but now it's a phone call, last time I got a phone call from a gphe was Pakistani could not understand a word I said is there anyone there who speaks English he said no,I hung up.

Reference your phone call: I’m certain the doctor would have been speaking English to you … no matter where he was born, however if you have difficulty understanding someone for whatever reason, do try asking politely if they can speak a little more slowly as you’re “not as young as you used to be” and if you’re still unsure, ask them if they’d mind repeating what they said.

Hahaha! Even the same doctor might say different things from visit to visit. Maybe they have a "word of the day". :D
