Is anyone taking nutrizing vitk2 . Have been unable to contact the company about the dose. It says 600 ug, or 600 micro grams ?Containing m7 and nato.

600ug is the same as 600mcg, they both mean micrograms. If it's K2-MK7 that's a really high dose, as it's generally recommended to take 90 - 180 mcg. On the other hand, if it's K2-MK4, the dose is much too small, as the recommended dose is 45mg (which is 45,000 mcg)!

I have read that up to 300 should be max. If you are looking to increase dosage periodically for a boost, go to your asian market and purchase Natto. That is the actual source of K2. It is something that requires acquiring a taste for - most add mustard and scallion, but it is hands down the highest content for K2 naturally and consumed broadly in Japan.
