Just wondered if anyone takes MSM tabs? On top of M.E,vertebral fractures,kyphosis, I also have arthritis & am so stiff in the mornings can barely move.I live on the sofa as can’t lie or get out of bed,it’s a recliner so I’m propped up bit in same position all the time.I started them about 3 weeks ago & can definitely move a lot easier,less bone & joint pains,less stiff.I am not on owt except Adcal so must be MSM!
