What is in osteocare? Usually best to take separate vitamins based on what you need and blood tests but I don't know what osteocare contains or on what proportions.

I take Osteocare. I was initially prescribed Accrete, a calcium and Vit D supplement (along with the bisphosphonate) and such bad side effects with my gut, I asked the dr if I could take Osteocare instead and showed her the Osteocare packet. I used to take it before being diagnosed with op and knew I didn't get any side effects from it. The dr said it was ok for me to take it instead of Accrete.

Nanaedake - Osteocare - is a calcium and Vit D supplement you can get at the chemist without a prescription.

Do you know how much calcium you are getting from your diet? That needs to be factored into any supplements you take (otherwise it’s money down the drain - excess excreted or goes to places In the body that aren’t helpful, especially without k2). When I was first given AdCalD3 by the hospital the dosage was a full days worth of calcium without taking my diet into consideration. I now get all my calcium from my diet with the occasional top up if I’ve not been able able to get my full daily dose (like when travelling).

With the above in mind, are you thinking of adding Osteocare or instead of? I personally, prefer to take separate “extras”. I’m assuming you have no dietary absorption issues.

Hi Jenny you can try a natural approach like me and a friend did we both got good results first change of diet eat bone happy foods leafy greens bone broths yougerts cut out caffeine smoking geta weight vest l love the one by NYK it will strengthen bone while you walk no gym needed just a walk or if you can go running in it . thats it no drugs no dangerous side effects just strong bone see link nykweightvest.com
