Hi. I’m 68 female. Borderline osteoporosis. My specialist said it’s ok to jog but I remember not that long ago we were told NOT to jog with osteoporosis! Trusting my specialist and starting to do the Couch to 5k. Anyone else got comments on this? Helen

Hi, everyone's situation is different even though we, on this forum, have been diagnosed with osteopenia/osteoporosis. I only jog a little indoors to get my steps up but I would never contemplate jogging outside. It would be disastrous for me to try! I am not always very sensible I but would not take that risk!
