Hydro massage chair

I belong to Planet Fitness and love using the hydro massage chairs. My spine is -3.0 ( yes, I have OP) and I only put it on level 2 ( the lightest being level 1) If anyone is familiar with these chairs, do you think it is safe since it vibrates on the spine? It feels wonderful to me and again, I don't POUND my back with it but.... I called my doc's office and his staff have no clue. Not seeking medical advice, but simply opinions. Thanks so much!

I love those chairs! On a low setting it should be fine. My Mom's Dr. told her the vibration from a massage pad was good for bone building.

I was just diagnosed with osteoporosis and my score is -3.8. I, too, am curious if I can use the hyrdomassage bed. I will be asking my physician this week.
