HI everyone, I think I basically understand the numbers, but would love to hear read any advice. L1-L4 (gm/cm)1.005 T score -1.5 FN 0.615 -3.0 TN 0.637 -2.9

Also I have been doing some gardening and also some worrying and my upper back, and neck are quite achy and tender. Does anyone know if it would be safe to go to a physio for a therapeutic massage? Any suggestions would be really appreciated.

Best reason to go to a physiotherapist would be to learn ways to protect and strengthen your back. If the supporting muscles are strong that helps the spine to stay straight and healthy. There are techniques to follow which also help avoid vertebral fractures, although this would be more important for people with much worse results than yours appear to be. Your spine seems to be in good shape if the t-score is around -1.5. Of course I'm not sure if I'm correctly understanding what you have written.

Yes -1.5 is the T score for L1-L4. Thanks for your reply.
