The founder of the magazine Art is Alive was in one of my support groups. She has recently lost her husband to cancer and wanted to dedicate an edition of the magazine to him. She decided to have a layout in it called The Faces of Love. She invited us to submit a picture of our loved one who is either battling cancer or has lost their battle. We were to write a short piece telling about our LO as a person and then give details about the cancer. The first "face" in the article was her husband. She wanted to make the readers aware of the individuals fighting this disease and the families it effects. So many times we just the hear statistics and don't see the people they represent. I wanted to share Jimmy's page with my friends here. I think I'm going to print it off and frame it.

That is lovely, Sharon. I would definitely frame it! What a special keepsake, and what a kind thing this woman has done. ❤️
