I have the same issue and my specialist tells me it isn't a problem unless I have symptoms like feeling dizzy or fainting. If that happens we will reduce some meds.
Just want to say that Apixaban is a blood thinner and has no effect on blood pressure. The other two drugs you mention are for blood pressure problems.
Found this, although its an American article and from 2015, but I thought it might be of interest in your situation uab.edu/news/research/item/.... I suspect an adjustment in the dosage of your drugs would be helpful, if you can get an appointment or even a phone appointment with a GP. If not, I'd write to the cardiology department at the hospital requesting a review of your BP meds. Good luck with it...
