Small question: going to doctor tomorrow just so don’t get egg on my face as don’t know how to pronounce half the drug names/descriptors! Is ARB said as a word or as three separate letters? Thanks

Yes ARB, three initials. Describes the way in which those particular type of BP meds work.

Angiotensin receptor blockers. That's what arb stands for. Its a section of blood pressure meds that treats the condition in a certain way.
