Huge Pressure problem - broken bp monitor?panicking, need huge advice

33 years-old-male here, hypertension detected and start treatment at childhood time when was first time measured blood pressure at health check-up at nurse office at my school.

I woke up hour ago with very difficult because i feel tired, eat breakfast, took all my meds and as my morning routine check my blood pressure and i saw this and start panic

Broken monitor, false reading, need adviace especially that right now i didnt have medical insurance, and waiting until get those free public healthcare medical insurance that probably get on monday... in huge panic and scared

I regret that I don't know how to measure blood pressure with a manual monitor and a stethoscope

Was your pulse rate so fast because you had been exercising?

The blood pressure readings that are recommended assume you have been resting for at least ten minutes, had you had a rest?

Did you try taking it again after 10 minutes? That is way too high and, insurance or no insurance, you need to consult with a doctor.
