heat and bp

hi I have high bp & on lercanidipine but this heat is awful my veins on back of hands and feet keep swelling up and are sore (it’s the sore bit that is weird) … is this just normal in these high temps or does it indicate higher bp? Never had problem before.

I’ve never heard of that reaction to high temps. Why not phone Blood Pressure UK the specialist charity? They might be able to give guidance
