after taking 10mg tablet in the am I get the urge to urinate but the flow is a trickle after I wake up later in the am the urination is normal is this caused by the the drug?

this drug isn’t a diuretic, so I’d say if you are still having this side effect after taking it for a few weeks have a word with your pharmacist. In the UK, they are more clued up on drugs and their side effects and inter-reactions than GP’s - that’s their training and their job.

Anything you put in your body will have an effect of some sort, whether it’s a prescribed drug or food. Your body might just have to get used to it!
