Occasional IBU

I do take ibuprofen occasionally for tooth issues. It seems to happen once or twice a year. I take 600mg once daily. If pain still continues after 10 hours I will take a second one. Most of the time one is all that's needed until I get to the dentist. However once I take it, it can take up to 30 min to take affect. I do trust IBUPROFEN!
