May I paraphrase your question, Freddy? Your friend says that if your blood glucose is normal to low, then you cannot have high blood pressure? Have I understood you? If this is indeed his statement then I have to disagree.
I was diagnosed with high blood pressure about twenty years ago but my blood sugar has always been low.

Definitely not true. Many people have one without the other condition.
Yea, its nonsense - I have hypertension but have normal blood sugars.
I guess I'm not real then. I've been on blood pressure meds since my early 30s and my glucose is always in the mid 80s to low 90s when getting tested. Last A1c was 5.1.
