Are you on any medication.

For BP or anything else?

Meditation can help lower high BP, but only with other actions.

Hydration, exercise and diet are all necessary to get right.

But medication is usually necessary, depending on the cause of your high figures.

Hear from you soon.

That's all pretty heavy stuff.

You really need to get back to your doctor. There's a lot more than just high blood pressure going on.

Good luck.

just to say, we don’t know enough about you to give any comment really. What does the pack insert in the medicine say?

Vivi...as mentioned above a change of life style may well be the only thing you would need...exercise daily...even just walking one hour..eat good home cooked food...eat everything...in moderation...add lots of fruit and vegetables...drink no more than 2 wines/beer daily...drink no more than 2 cups of coffee per day..reduce salt a little bit...think good thoughts...if you are overweight, slowly trim down ....if you smoke, cut that out....good luck...

Yeah I was wondering the same thing; 145/78 is certainly not high blood pressure! Unless the doctor thought it was high for a lady aged 25.

I also agree with Madlegs, there must be something else going on there.
