help how i know bp

hi please can anyone tell me how do i know if i have high bp or is there something making it go high ? i had a op for a bladder repair 8.9.22 .i felt fine till 3 weeks ago when i felt like id got a urine infection but the dr sent it lab and said it was satisfactory. im going 2 and 3 times in the night and 6 and 7 inthe day . than i started feeling like i was sort of breath . and like i was struggling to swollow properly. then my head started feeling fuzzy light headed when i was doing jobs around the house and i go red in the face like iv beed burnt on my cheeks after walking and feel pass out feeling . does anyone know if this sounds like it bp or something causeing my bp to go up ?

Get your BP tested, either at chemist or health centre. Or ,if you can afford 30 or 40 quid, buy an arm cuff testing unit to test yourself. Boots are good.

The only way to find out if you have high blood pressure is to get it tested, as Madlegs says.

People who have already been diagnosed with high blood pressure, and take medication for it, can sometimes feel that their BP is higher than normal but this is by no means the case for all of us.
