I wanted to ask if anyone had tried Ashwagandha to reduce anxiety / hypertension as I read these were two of the benefits from the supplement.
I try my best now to check my BP once a week max (having checked multiple times daily when first diagnosed). However, I feel so anxious a few hours before checking and get really high first 2 -3 readings (which i ignore).
I have generally found my anxiety rising over the last year also.
After the first few readings, they then settle down to around 135/85 at home.
So any advice on Ashwagandha as a supplement to try to reduce anxiety / stress / hypertension?
