I am 68 years old male,was talking Amlodipine 5mg , coaproval 300/12.5 ,and nebil since 10 years.i had frequent episode of hypertension, palpitations and nasal obstruction at night and more in winter.i was 5feet6 with 82 kg.i lost weight to 75 kg , take one hour walk and avoid mouth breathing.i am now only on Amlodipine 5 mg and 150/12.5 coaproval and frequency of episodes has decreased remarkably.i wish to reduce wt 70 kg and reduce medicine
