I'd also like to know if there is one. My understanding from health professionals is that there isn't. I've been told the best thing to do is take 3 readings and take the best of the three.
Thank you for that. Have done more research and the Hartmann Tensoval duo control device has been recommended. Unfortunately Amazon and Ebay are out of stock. When I went for my pre cataract appointment the nurse took my blood pressure with an automated device and said the doctor probably wouldn't do the op because the blood pressure was too high. I said to measure it with the traditional monitor and it was OK. I have read that it is the diastolic reading which can be the most inaccurate.

I log all my readings in a spreadsheet so I can easily look at the average deviations between the 3 readings since the beginning of 2020 (200+ plus readings) and the average diastolic max difference is 10.5 and 7.2 for systolic bearing out what you've read.
