Amlodipine and OCD

Has anyone experienced OCD symptoms and constant worry with amlodipine?

I've never experienced that beecee. Is it a side effect - you can check by having a look at the leaflet in the box under Side Effects. It's a possibility I suppose but try ringing your pharmacist, they will be able to tell you. Good luck. x

I just started Losartan and what a relief. I thought I was losing it. Worried all day over nothing. I googled it and I found that calcium channel blockers can cause OCD symptoms. I didn't believe it until I quit amlodipine.

It's incredible, some of the side effects are horrible - one of my main ones is a worsening of tinnitus, it drives me nuts but some people get on fine with it. Hope you get on well with the Losartan. x
