Hi I am on a same combination over a year and no issues at all. Slight itching at the start but it resolved in couple weeks. The Amlodipine I’ve been couple years 5mg and it did help but it wasn’t unti I added the daily 2.5 Ramipril I stopped having my BP Spikes. So overall. It seemed to be an excellent combination for me and is working well so far. My BP now in the 120’s range generally which is down from 140-150 and was spiking up above that when stressed or under exertion

Thats good to hear thankyou. Im on 10mg amlopidine and 2.5 ramiprill. I was worried about taking too many tablets but sounds like these help. Glad your bp has come down.
