I just got diagnosed with hbp, its in my family along with diabetes. i’m 54. My dad died 3 years ago of a cerebral stroke. I am super fit, i exercice 2-3 times a week for 90+ minutes for the last 20 years. i eat right and i dont drink other then socially. I do smoke a little, like 2-3 smokes a da, no more.. (i know, its the stupidest thing...) but i was wondering if atherisclerosis is reversible.
