Tomorrow will be a 25 minuets run and I am feeling positive. I am eating well but keeping carbs as low as possible. No bread pasta rice cakes biscuits sweets chocolate no processed foods and limited fruits. Lots of salad veg meat fish eggs and cheese. I am feeling great lots of energy to walk run swim and aqua fit. Gone from size 22 to 14/16. Weight loss over two and a half stone since 23rd October 2017.πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸ‘πŸ˜€πŸ˜€πŸ˜€
