Another check earlier today, she didn't say the bottom number but the first one was 160, it was 143 last time, think I'll be getting a phone call early next week to have meds changed

Hi Jennymary - What are you on right now? I'm on Amlodipine 7.5 mg a day. Hasn't completely done eradicated it yet, so today I am going to start taking coconut oil and cinnamon to see if they will help..

I suspect you are right. Although they changed the ranges for "normal" recently from 130/85 to 140/85.. sheesh. That right there probably threw a bunch of people out of range immediately. Your 160 is a little high, so yeah - probably a call.. =)
