I went this morning for my BP check and its low Every thing feels heavy. When she checked what i was taking in the hospital i was having too many BP tablets. So now im to take one less and one is halved Instead of 100g down to 50mg. It is really hard work to type my arms are heavy to move to.

That must be rotten for you Chris, I hope the reduction in tablets will soon help. Do you self-test? I bought one of those little machines from the chemist when it was on offer for £10, it has a cuff to put round your arm and you press 'start' and off it goes ------- trouble is, I'm one of those daft people who find a cuff really painful so I didn't use it much.
Then I got a wrist one from Amazon, and although I know they're not as accurate, I use it every morning around about 10am - and after halving my BP tablets (without doc's permission) find I am stabilising at around 13/78 as an average over 3 weeks.
This encourages me to hope your decrease in medication will stop this heavy feel.
Yes i'm about back to normal now. can do jobs easier. As long as not doing it for to long. I'm fine in the morning but apt to do to much, and feel tired in the after-noon. usually going for a nap about 3 O'clock if I'm lucky.
